We are very excited to announce that we will be building 52 new homes in the village of Washingborough, Lincoln. Washingborough has the added benefit of the new connection of the A15 making it even more accessible. The show home will open Spring 2022.
This development will include some newly designed homes built by Lindum Homes, one of Lincolnshire’s leading housebuilders and part of the well-established Lindum Group Ltd. Lindum has been building homes in and around Lincolnshire for over 50 years and has earned a reputation for quality, individual style and the personal touch.
Washingborough itself offers a wide variety of amenities including a sports ground and playground as well as a GP practice, post office, veterinary practice, pub, hotel, hairdresser, superstore and a range of take-away food shops. The village community centre provides a host of different activities ranging from dance to sport.
For young families, the village has a primary school rated Good by Ofsted, which, also includes nursery facilities. There is easy access to a number of secondary schools located nearby.
The new Eastern Bypass (A15) provides easy access to the north of the city and Historic Lincoln, just 10 minutes’ drive into the Cathedral Quarter.
The point on the River Witham where the Lincolnshire Fens begin, there are beautiful cycling and walking routes and it’s only 30 minutes’ drive to the Lincolnshire Wolds.
