Reserving a Lindum home
You have made your choice and have now decided on the Lindum Home for you.
Our Sales Adviser will guide you through the Reservation process, assisting you along the way with any queries that you may have.
If you don’t already have a Solicitor in mind our Sales Adviser will be happy to recommend Solicitors from our panel.
Personalising your home
Once you have reserved your Lindum Home you will be invited to make the choices for your new home usually within 14 days after reservation.
Our Housetype Specification Form will detail clearly those items which are included in the sale. We appreciate that you may want to personalise your home to suit the way you live.
We will consider any requests and subject to the build stage will be happy to quote you for any additional works which you may require i.e. extended patio area, extra electrical points, additional kitchen units etc.
The day has finally arrived and you are all set to move in.
Our Sales Adviser and Site Manager will ensure that everything is ready for your arrival. A Lindum Homes Handover Pack will have been prepared including all the important details about your home, including all warranties, operating and maintenance information for your new home.
Our Site Manager will also confirm your meter readings with you.
